A.R. “Andy” Lawrence

President & Co-facilitator of Relationship Rich Marriage Seminar

A. R. “Andy” Lawrence co-facilitates the Relationship Rich Marriage Seminar and Relationship Ready Singles Seminar as well serves as President of Relationship Seminars, Inc. on a full-time basis. For the past 11 years, Andy was the President of and key facilitator for Pathways, a non-profit which conducted the Pathways 5-part self-help seminar developed by Dr. Phil McGraw. He was personally trained over several years by Dr. Phil McGraw, founder of Pathways Educational Corp dba Relationship Seminars, Inc. Andy and his wife, Christie, both have served on Training Assistant (TA) Teams for Dr. Phil’s seminars across the country as well as for the “Get Real Challenge” on The Oprah Winfrey Show which aired fall of 2001. He was also a minister and family counselor for twelve years in Texas where he counseled hundreds of couples as well as General Manager for Storer Broadcasting Cable Division, President of Petroleum Energy Products and President of Lawrence Consulting whose partners included Arnold Palmer, Lee Trevino and Verne Lundquist. He also served as President of Total Advantage Business Service, Inc., a business accounting and software firm in Dallas, TX. Andy is a graduate of the Preston Road School of Preaching in Dallas, TX as well as Trinity Valley College.

Mark Rogers, Ph.D.
Co-facilitator of Relationship Rich Marriage Seminar

Mark co-facilitates the Relationship Rich Marriage Seminar and Relationship Ready Singles Seminar and serves as the primary instructor (and course designer) for all of the graduate training offered by Relationship Seminars, Inc. and Pathways Core Training. He is a personal and relationship coach for individuals and couples as well as an excellent speaker on many topics. He and his wife, Kay, facilitate the Pathways Partners III course, a session devoted exclusively to crafting powerful positive habits. Prior to joining Pathways, Mark directed a large counseling center and worked as a management consultant and executive coach in San Antonio. He has counseled and coached over 3,500 couples throughout his practice. He is on the adjunct faculty of the business school and psychology department of the University of the Incarnate Word, teaching graduate and undergraduate classes online. He has a B.A. in English, and both a master’s and a doctorate in counseling psychology.

Christie Lawrence
Facilitator, General Manager & Dir. of Marketing

Christie facilitates in the Relationship Rich Marriage Seminar and serves as the General Manager / Marketing Director of Relationship Seminars, Inc. For the past 10 years, she served as the Dir. of Marketing / Fund Raising for Pathways, a non-profit organization that conducted a 5-part self-help seminar founded by Dr. Phil McGraw. She has helped thousands of individuals improve their lives through the Pathways seminar process and successfully raised scholarship money through the Oppenheimer Get Real Golf Challenge. She and her husband, Andy, both served on Training Assistant (TA) teams for Dr. Phil’s seminars across the country as well as for the “Get Real Challenge” on The Oprah Winfrey Show which aired fall of 2001. She has 28 years experience in sales and marketing primarily in behavioral healthcare (hospital and EAP/ Managed Care) and the corporate drug testing industry. Prior to joining Pathways full time, she served as Vice President of Marketing for Assurance Medical Inc., in Dallas, Texas; the Marketing Director for Planned Behavioral Healthcare in Dallas, Texas (now Menninger Care Systems) and as the National Marketing Director for The Willough at Naples in Naples, Florida. She received her BS, in education from Mississippi University for Women and her MS, in public relations, from the University of Southern Mississippi.
